I was out playing in the rain last night and nailed this sow. I had the thought maybe somebody would enjoy guessing the weight of it. I had to hurry through it all as it was really dark out and raining, but I managed to get it hung up and weighed by myself. What's your guess?  Sorry about the rotation of the pic. It started out hanging right, but when it posted it was sideways.

Some of you guys are pretty close....this one surprised me, and I've shot a few of them over the years. This one is #592 I've killed off of this property. I recently picked up a deal on a scale at a local swap meet and this is the first one I've tried it out on. I'll post a pic of the scale with her hanging on it tomorrow morning.

I would go a shade above or below 200, but tough to tell based on only one pic. Sow so that won't be as heavy unless preggo, which cant tell for sure, but she looks long and lean.

Ok, then add about 25-30 lbs for my estimate....will go somewhere around 230 give or take a few.

 I was thinking she would run about 250 when I was loading her into my truck, but the scale said 180. Sometimes it's hard for me to judge these things myself, and I've seen a lot of them. earl39 nailed it right on the money!

And as you can see from places where you posted the pic, why photos are notoriously bad for crowd-sourced weight estimation. You got at least a 100 lb spread from TFL and here alone. 1. Photos often provide a poor visual perspective and are often deceptive, and 2., far too many people are really poor at guessing weights by sight, even in real life.
