Have tried pictures and screenshots. Can’t get either to work. Is this a known problem or am l doing something wrong?

Well l got it to upload a new pic l took on the spot but won’t accept anything from my photo gallery. Weird and frustrating

On your iPhone go to settings, camera, format, most comparable, wait 30 min...then screenshots should upload just fine:)

What iPhone 6? There is no choice for format in camera settings

iPhone 6 and iPad

No reason either of those aren't posting pictures of screenshots. Have you tired that? Have they been updated?

Only thing I haven’t done is update. Will do that tonite and try again this weekend. Thanks

mine is the same way I have to send it to my email and upload when im at a computer

Take a screenshot of the picture you want to post, the upload the screen shot. This works until another update comes out to fix it

Are you using safari or what? Doing the screenshot thing works on all my IOS devices

Yep safari. Sounds like I’m not the only one having this issue

Convert to png

Download it

Save it to iPhone

And then I can upload it to THF:)

I have the iPhone X and haven’t been able to upload lately. I’m fully updated to iOS 11.2.2.

I think there is also an issue with THF liking large images. If I get the pic to about 1mb and have it as png. It works. If it’s a large picture as png it won’t work.


I’m still testing it to make it work every time.
