Cabbalas fishing section. find the layout of the bolts, then match the seat from Cabelas

Most have 4 bolt pattern and I have seen them at Academy in boating section for around $30 bucks with a new swivel. I would buy new bolts/nuts as the ones on it will probably break when you try to take them off.

Small word of advice, get either the hard plastic cheap seats or if for comfort and padding, make sure to get the seats which fold down and button. Birds and the elements will absolutely degrade your seats over a season or two otherwise if they do not fold and fasten down.

Birds and the elements will absolutely degrade your seats over a season or two otherwise if they do not fold and fasten down. To add to this, even with the fold-down soft seats the coons and birds will still tear them up. I'd recommend the hard plastic and take a foam pad or something with you each time if you need something soft...or cover it with something while not in it. We replaced some with the padding and vinyl covering. something chewed the corner of the vinyl exposing the foam inside. Nothing worse than crawling up a tripod on a cold morning, only to sit down and the water in the foam soaks your pants.

I take mine home at the end of each season. That way I get a lot more use out of it.
