First Elk hunt, The Bob is huge and very wild. Twelve of us hunters and six got lucky enough to Tag one of these majestic animals. Several guy had close encounters with Grizzlies and wolves. Great hunt. This hunt was really out of my league but been on my bucket list for many years. Very doubtfully is it will ever happen again but will always be remembered. So glad I went. If it a dream of your too, I'd highly recommend planning a trip. What I like about it most was how wild that high county can be amidst all the high population in this word. I went with a group of guys that go every year making the planning / hunting much easier. I'm sure there are guides ready, it's just a matter of finding the RIGHT place to go...... Good luck.

Congratulations, to a fellow lefty shooter, on a successful hunt in the Bob.

Outstanding. Pretty impressive that you got a total of 12 guys to actually show up on a hunt. I've struggled with more then two!!!

Hunted the Scapegoat wilderness in 2012 with Mills Wilderness Adventures. It was an amazing experience.
I wish stupidity was not so handsomly rewarded.
