Mr. Bennet, I also want to thank you for helping Vets. I am a rifle hunter so I don't qualify for your generous offer.
However, I plan to start crossbow hunting as finds become available. Good luck, I am sure you will find a bow hunter veteran on this forum.

Hi I just moved to Texas. I use to bow hunt only on stalking hunts. I’ve never been in a tree stand. I sold my bow a long time ago because of my back. I recently went and looked at bows and was considering a cross bow because of my back. I was surprised to find out I can still pull back a bow. When funds are available I plan on buying a good used bow again. I live only on disability pay so hopefully buy next year. If you have a bow or crossbow I can use I would love to hunt with you. I live in the Houston area (Katy).

It's just my luck!! LOL I had to have another surgery, and now I'm petty sure I'm missing all of archery season. My 1 month post-op appointment is the 4th of October to see how everything is healing up. Good luck go whomever goes!!!
