I am looking for a Brittany. My ideal dog would be AKC, not a puppy, good with kids and house broken. I really don't want it to be trained as I know this adds quite the cost, so I didn't know if you might know of someone getting rid of a dog. I have a wife and 2 kids so you can imagine money is tight I would like to be less than $500 if possible. Appreciate any info

What is your definition of "started"? I might be interested just wondering. Started can mean a whole lot of things.

Mr. fishingpunk, my vision of a started pup would be one that is socialized with people,has been exposed to loud noise(shot over),some birds killed over, point a bird,dose not have hold at this time, and pickup a dead bird. In about 3 or 4 mos. I will whoa break and then we go hunting. What would be your's .

Pretty much the same as yours. With more whoa work. I just take a little longer. Introducing everything you stated except for the socialization. I like working and starting training at 10 months.
