Chandler's near Valley Mills is the only one I'm familiar with.

Seem to remember a range down the other side of McGregor from back when we were looking at houses on the north side of Lake Belton...google Gun Ranges by county and see what you come up with.
Last time I looked at Chandler's website they were down to a 100 yard range. You could also try calling my old Realtor in Whitney and ask him, he hunts and might know...Paul & Gretchen Sauer in Whitney, really good people I had hoped to be friends with the rest of my life if we could just have found a house to buy down there.
