Built a circular pen with a trap door. The door is not armed yet as I am getting them used to it.
They won't get in, been baiting it with corn. Being eaten by birds/squirrels, etc.
I don't get it, I'm covered up with hog.. They would be 20 deep at the feeder 40 yards away.
Suggestion.

I use a round trap on a regular basis, and the hogs have to get used to it. I have a small panel in the back of it that I go in to service things, and occasionally I leave the trap door and it open for a week or more at a time. Hogs and deer both learn to go in to the trap to eat that way. I leave lots of plain corn in the trap with a little spread outside leading to the trap door. Be patient, if there isn't any easy access to corn near, they will come. Hopefully you don't have one of the rooting type doors on your trap...I've had very poor success with them.

I also believe in the "Corn Arrow". Also try sour corn.

By all means, try some kind of soured or sweetened corn. Also, turn off that feeder that's forty yards away for a few days so your new trap doesn't have any competition.

I think you need to keep doing what you are doing. Keep baiting everyday with soured corn. They'll eventually get in there..

What kind of 'trap door' do you have?
IF you are not already doing so....STOP feeding outside the trap.

How big of a door do you have? We went almost a year without catching any pigs, regardless of the bait. We tried soured corn, Hog Wild, Kool-Aid, beer soured corn, etc.) While pig hunting one day in April, I watched some pigs come up and eat all the corn off the ground outside of the trap (they would have eaten a corn arrow had I made one). I watched hoping they would go in so I could catch a group of them. One pig put his head in the trap as far as he could reach and ate that corn, then off they all ran to eat corn at the feeder, one died there. I solved the problem when I built an 8ft x 8ft trap with an 8ft x 4ft door. I caught 67 pigs before the end of the year, using regular corn. I know some folks have great luck with the standard old cage traps, but our pigs didn't like them. I do not know if it was the small door that is on most traps or maybe the mesh bottom.

It may be a local thing, but I've caught hogs in several different sizes of traps/trap doors. Yours may be trap shy from other experiences in the area they work in. Here's pic of 17 down and dirty from one of my large, circular traps that has a swinging door:

IF you are not already doing so....STOP feeding outside the trap. Got a guillotine door. Not set yet

Have round pen, about five 16 ft panels. Door is 4 ft wide and about 5 ft tall.

they will go in there eventually. if they are used to coming to the feeder maybe move feeder inside trap pen. that or definitely make some bait trails drawing them from the feeder to the trap area.

Sounds like you are doing fine. Just give them time.
IF there are any smaller hogs in the group...they might start going into the trap soon...which tends to encourage the others.
But I've had certain hogs (trap shy) that simply will NOT enter a trap no matter what.
The wider the entrance...the better, but 4' is a decent sized door. Allowing them access to the trap without it actually catching them (as you are doing) is a sound strategy when using a large pen trap. It 'conditions' the pigs (the group) to enter with less fear. That way, you catch more of them than if only a few of the bolder ones were to go in.
Your 'trigger device' can also be a consideration once you have pigs entering the trap. It should not be something that is easily set off by smaller pigs.
