Do yourself a favor and do a google search on his name and deer lease. Google searched and the most current thing I found was this thread on this forum from 02- 2012 to 01-2014 http://texashuntingforum.com/forum/ubbthreads.php/topics/3032757/4If you have anything newer post it up

Its just that you need to back it up with facts, man. You can't come on here & trash somebody & say "look it up". If you got a legitimate beef with somebody in the Texas hunting community, spell it out, some people would like to know. But YOU are making accusations with no facts to prove it or story to tell.
Some people complain about other folks, when in act it is them who was in the wrong. Thats why you need to spell out your problem with somebody, so we can decide to believe you or not. Not just trash somebody's reputation with no facts to back it up.

Stub, he will never change. Changes the lease rules, prices as he goes. He is never sober and you have to let him know 2 days before you hunt your own blind!! Y'all can figure that one out. That's just hitting a few. I honestly did not intend anything but to warn hard working sportsman. This will be the last post for me on this. All I wanted to do was inform folks before they bought in to his line he gives people that come out for the first time. I wish everyone a safe and productive season.

I remember that old post, and folks just need to be careful especially this close to the season is when the scammers come out.
Some folks are desperate for a place to hunt, and most are legit, but in reality unless they have a long standing reputable operation, you are basically rolling the dice.
As for the heads up, sometimes it's best to spell it out in detail before throwing anyone under the bus.

Once i learned that i didn't "NEED" to kill something, and that if i did kill something all the fun stopped and work began, i was a much better hunter.

He also wants you to text him a pic of your deer before you shoot it, so he can approve the deer or not. If he doesnt approve you cant shoot. If you dont do this, he'll kick you off.
