We had limits for people with in 45 minutes of hunting this morning and 1-2 hours in the evening. I had root plowed 80 acres 2 years ago. Planted wild grasses last year. NOw I had a unbelievable crop of sunflowers. Dove like this reminded me of Argentina with a limit. I have had our guy shredding 10 yards wide every other week. They are now 30 yards wide and dove are hammering it. They fly up when you drive by in the ranger and then back down same spot when you pass by. If there were 14-15 people out there to make them move it would have been even better. If anyone wants to lease it for a group outing let me know. Almost gaurentee 2 boxes of shooting or a limit what ever comes first, You can pick morning or evening you won't need both . My ranch is 15 minutes north of Abilene

Multiple people have asked me about possibly leasing this or day hunting on it. I'm not going to lease out the dove hunting rights for the property. It is our family land. I would consider day leases but only for a group for a weekend. It will not be multiple groups hunting at the same time. I would offer the ability to hunt these fields for $70 I head with 10 people per hunt. There would be a Friday evening hunt a Saturday morning hunt And a a Sunday a morning hunt. So for the fee there would be a total of $200 per person for the weekend I have to hire someone to set everyone up at their locations. I believe that 10 would be a great number to keep the birds moving. I believe that everyone would be extremely happy and everyone should get a limit every day. I don't see how they would not. There are no accommodations there on site y. You would have the ability to come in at 4:30 Friday and you would be leaving by 8:30 and on Saturday and Sunday morning you would come in at 6:30 and you would be leaving at 11. No one would
Be hanging around the property during the day. We would furnish a place that you could clean your birds. Max people would be 10. Price would be 2000 for the weekend for 1-10 people. We would offer cleaning services for $750 for the weekend. Breasted, washed and bagged.
Let me know if someone is interested

If you want goo birds, they are there I can send you a couple of short videos to see the action
