I found a pre hung at lowes for 46 dollars, made the opening that big and installed it. But I think I installed it backwards.

Check Home Depot, they have some cheap aluminum storm doors just right for blinds. Not heavy duty, but good enuff for me!.. less than 50$...

A buddy showed me that the aluminum trim that you make screens out of works great with plexi glass. you install the plexi inside the groove that is premade in the aluminium frame I redid all of my old windows with that and it cost so little and I haven't had any insects getting in either
The only easy day was yesterday

Regular 36 or 32 inch house windows, 39" to bottom + 36" window+ wood puts you a little over 6' high. You can find old aluminum windows Craigslist, setexas.com, junk sales cheap.

home depot has fiberglass windows... and just cut with a fine blade how you like them...
