Do you spoil your dogs? I do. They get in line for treats. I take them on all my outings. Buy them dollar cheeseburgers. They jump in my Gator after dinner each night for a ride around the neighbor.

Yes, I have one that is very spoiled.
I should be ashamed of the routine I've let her get by with.

The best trained dogs in the world that compete at the highest levels aren't trained that way.
My old dog is spoiled rotten. She pretty much had full reign of the house but is a model citizen. The pup is still learning but is becoming a very nice dog in the house. They both get a few scraps thrown their way when I'm cooking. Both dogs get to be on the furniture thanks to the wife and every now and then they get to sleep on the bed at our feet.

Not me, I'm an iron task master with my mutts, they are even afraid to get near me when I sleep Your lucky PETA does not come and arrest you for taking up so much of the bed. The poor lab has to sleep at the foot. This is border line dog abuse. I'm so disgusted...

Thanks to Barny Topwater for reminding me of one of my favorite GBE quotes. I'm taking my girl in today to get her stitches out from removal of a mast cell tumor, and we've spent a lot of time talking over the past couple of weeks...promises have been made to her, and I vow to keep them all!!
