Been helpin my lil brother with a new set up... never gets old hanging new stands.. this tree was perfect and was calling my name as soon as our stepped into the set... will follow with finished pics this weekend

I can't start trimming trees and shooting lanes until Aug 15th bc of Ft Hood rules but I can't wait to get things set up exactly the way I want and get my bow set ups ready to go.

Dang that sucks but better than no place to hunt at all! Good luck sir! Hell Ft Hood has better hunting than many of the private properties I've been on. Not to mention some giants running around including a 186 in buck killed 3 seasons ago.

I would probably get a nose bleed that high in the air. You would have to rake up an acre of mesquites and bind them together to get that high on our place in Baylor County.
Good looking set up. I love when you see the perfect spot, like a light from the heavens shining on it.

LOL ... we had a platform up about 35-40 up in a sycamore tree, tallest tree within several hundred yards ... was spooky to hunt out of if the wind was blowing, good 5-6 foot sway.

I got one at the top of a large cedar that will make you puker when the wind is blowing good lol you just gota draw and wait for the tree to peak at one end or the other lol

I photo shopped myself in a tree that high once. I don't fear heights, just the sudden stop at the end of a fall.
Sometimes it's hard being me! But somebody has to do it.

Hell My feeders are taller than the trees on this set up. Love that country too! I just dry up a bit to much after leaving the swamp for to long Nice setup
