Just listed another place in Haskell County. Great little hunting spot just a few miles outside Stamford. Live creek, two stock tanks, rural water, electricity and plenty of game. Also has an old hay barn that might be able to be saved. A buddy of mine leased the place next door until he moved. They don't have any game pictures. This family is not big into hunting. They did lease it out to a local bowhunter last year, but I don't know what he shot.
This property is part of an estate that was recently divided. It has been in their family for quite a long time. It is pretty far away from the rest of the family's land, so it's not really feasible for them to do much with.

That looks like it is on the road just past Super 7.

Close. You head down that road till it cuts back towards College Lake. Down that road just about 1/4 mile or so.
