Alright, so here it goes....
I have 1 spot open on the deer lease that I am on. That spot is actually my spot. I am getting off due to having several other places to hunt and I don't feel like just throwing my money away.
Here's the info summed up:
*Cherokee County.
*800 acres.
*Year round access
*1 buck - 4 1/2 or better. 1 doe.
*All other animals by TPWD standards.
*TONS of Hogs.
*Total of 10 lease members.
*Guests are welcome anytime as long as its not opening weekend.
*Welcome to put RV or Camper on the property. No electric or water hookups tho.
*Several Deer last year that were up and comers that should be great deer this year.
*No this isn't a Timber Company lease.

$750 will get you on the lease and your spot will be good until April 2018.
