...at everything. I've never owned an animal that needed any training as far as dealing with wildlife and hunting. So here's the latest story: I took him to Wyoming on our annual trip of 3 days of fly fishing to the miracle mile west of Casper. He rode in the drift boat all 3 days and swam in the river every chance he got. On day 3 when the guide loaded the boat, there wasn't anyone around so I let him run around and within a couple minutes I heard his baying bark and walked about 50 feet to see what he was carrying on about and he was baying at a bull snake. When I saw it I ran to the truck to get my phone and Bart followed so I walked back close to the snake and made a video of it. I'm still taking him to a snake avoidance clinic in August, but I sure feel a lot better about him encountering snakes. https://youtu.be/qLOjLNxRvRs

He'll retrieve til you get tired of throwing the bumper and we'll start blind retrieves in a couple weeks. And he's doing just as well in the water and he's already retrieved his 1st 2 Eurasian dove I shot behind my house awhile back.
