Ok, so I live in the city (Dallas). I have the itch for a new four seater UTV for the lease and other activities. The problem is, I don't have anywhere to store the vehicle and a trailer. Does that make it a no-go? I have a two car garage but the UTV and a trailer won't fit in my garage. I cannot store the UTV at the lease either.
Does anyone have any other solutions as to where you store your UTV? Public storage type places? Is that even an option? Just looking for any feedback. Thanks.

Mine sits under three big pine trees in the back yard. I wouldn't do that in the city.

Mine stays in my garage. I have a friend who uses public storage.
Note to Cast. My overheating problem was a blown fuse under the seat.

Mule in the shed (actually have 2 now, one in each shed) and trailer beside the shed. But I own 8 lots adjoining my house so plenty of room.
Haven't had it in years but never spit any out. I am a sucker for happy endings and strapped cowboys.

If the UTV is on the trailer, it is too tall to fit in the garage. I could put the UTV in the garage (not on the trailer), but then I still have the problem of where to park the trailer. Get the UTV, park in garage, rent or borrow trailer when you need it. My two trailers are sitting out back, waiting, just waiting.

My buddy backs his trailer up to the garage, unloads the mule into the garage, backs the trailer farther into the garage, then pulls the mule back onto the trailer, then backs the trailer the rest of the way into the garage.
Kind of a pain in the butt, but works for him. I would do that if I only moved it a handful of times a year.
Storage place would cost you around $1200/year I would guess...and you're going to pay around that much as well for a trailer. For that price, I'd do what someone mentioned above and park the UTV in the garage and rent a trailer when you need to move it. Trailers are $20-40/day. You'll come out way ahead.

Mine sit side by side in the garage. We don't get to park our cars in there...I had a boat before so I never really ever parked cars in my garage, it's always been for toys.

Any way you can get a trailer in your back yard?
I had the same issue but with a 4 wheeler when I lived in town. I just made my gate bigger to the backyard, problem solved. Now I live in the sticks and leave Pioneer parked in the shop and the trailer next to the shop.
I avoid Dick's and hope they fold.

Probably, but I don't really like that solution.

This is what I just added to the side of our house. Works pretty well for us for the time being. The trailer and the mule both fit and with the mule off the trailer, its barely visible from the street.

Buggy gets parked in the garage. Built a double gate beside the garage similar to above for the trailer.
Buggy stays at the lease Sep through Feb. Works well.

There are plenty of 2 seat machines that will go in the bed of the truck like Cub Cadet Challenger 400... also much easier to store.. only 2wd for now though

Used to be things called tarps, guess only us poor fellows ever used them for covers.

I bought a shipping container and leave mine locked up inside at my property. I don't even own a trailer.

We kept the Mule on trailer covered with Tarp for two years before we finally built a shed. Didn't have any issues but I hated uncovering and covering back up.

I have a rear entry garage, with a little bit of space between my house and the neighbors fence. In fact just enough space to back my trailer in with the Ranger on it. Spent a little money and built a gate across it and it's good to go. I throw a tarp over it just to keep the sun off during the summer. Luckily my neighbors big two store shades it pretty good.
You can run but you can't hide...
