I am interested in looking into trapping--coyotes, skunks, coons, possum, hogs, etc.. Basically trapping these animals because of damage or destruction they are causing me, not for profit. Can you provide some good sources, forums, books, youtube, etc on how to and also rules and regs. Plan on staying in an area from Lake Texoma to Erath county.

Thanks in advance for any help. farmer cowboy

You can look up J.C. Conner online and his Jake Trap and other products. His lures work great in Texas.

It would also help to get s subscription to Fur Fish and Game magazine. Even though there is an abundance of information on the web, the magazine has professional writers who have made a living trapping and they share their secrets in print for constant reference.

Definitely get fur fish game. And I've got to put a good word in for Schmitt trapping supply. Good family company and prices, great customer service!
