 Shot this buck last Friday with Mulie Mike and his guide Tyler. They have a ton of game at the Loma Alta ranch and Tyler has them figured out. Field dressed he went 164 pounds. I wanted to use my paper puncher 6.5 Grendel, and that is way to much scope for the brushy bottoms we hunted.

Congratulations. I hunted the same ranch through Mike and had Tyler as my guide a year and a half ago for Sika and blackbuck. My wife came along and shot a couple of axis does . Great guy and a lot of fun to race around the countryside in his Mule!!!

Beautiful trophy, congratulations.
I bumped a group of them on my little place last Thursday. Of course, there wasn't a rifle in the truck. By the time I'd backed up and gone inside to get Dad's thirty-thirty, they'd boogied. Good wide, tall buck in the group. They'll be back...and so will I.
