Do any of you have insight in predator hunting at night with a full moon?

It's harder because they can see you. Makes hunting out of a truck harder. You don't have to pay as much attention to concealment as you do during the day obviously, but you do have to pay attention to it.
Your light, and getting it on them and keeping it on them also becomes more important. Something a lot of people forget when they go thermal/NV is that your light hides you from an approaching animal, if you keep them lit up, they can't see you.

I've considered making a curtain thing out of a camo pattern to cover the sides of the high rack.

I've considered making a curtain thing out of a camo pattern to cover the sides of the high rack. better figure something to cover the whole truck, they can see the moon reflecting off of it. It's not as bad with a 4 wheeler or Ranger, but unless it's a contest I usually only hunt a full moon if there is decent cloud cover myself.
