What about just the heart and maybe liver? I dont eat liver but i hear hearts are delicious... why wouldnt a yote heart be good? Aside from it being a lot more work to pull a tiny heart out...

You can have my portion. Think I would become vegan before I had to go to coyote. Let's not get crazy, here … I have no plans to eat coyote, but if it came down to coyote or grass soup, gimme sum o' dat coyote!

The biggest problem eating a yote....everytime there is a full moon, you will stand in the backyard and howl!
