How long does your processor typically take?

Have you called them to check on your order? generally 10 days for me.

Yes, I called them they said it was ready. They said they had just finished and had my bill in a stack with others they were about to call. It took right at 4 weeks. I had some summer sausage and jerky made. I think they were just overwhelmed with the amount of deer shot this year.

Depends. Three days to two weeks depending how busy they are and what you ordered.

Hall's in Coleman usually has mine done in a few days...a week at the longest. They cleared their freezers Jan. 31 and donated anything left over. Ditto on the storage fees for some processors...also, some donate well past due accounts.

Good luck getting your deer. I hope you didn't pre-pay.

12 hours at the most as I do my own. You guys really need to take the time to process your own. It stops all the anxiety of missing meat and or stolen meat.It only takes about 4 hours for the basic process. Steaks, roasts, stew vaccum pack etc. I'm not talking sausage,However. I make my stew into chop meat and sausage as I need it at a later date.
