What are some of the best things you done or you want to do?
I'm wanting to get a windshield, a bed/back up light, interior dim mood lighting to see what I'm doing, maybe a small lift later on.

A metal roof to use as extra storage. We put backpacks and hunting bags up there to keep them out of the bed, especially when we have it full of deer or feed.

Some of my must haves that I have done and in order of usefulness... 1. Good tires 2. roof 3. lighting I'm still needing/wanting to put a light bar up front, but I've got some cube lights in the front and back with the "flood" beam. Only reason I put them up front was because I got a 4 pack of them off amazon for $35. They work great up close especially in the bed for loading stuff/backing up. For the front you'll really want a spot/flood combo light. Interior dome lights I went with some cheap 12v flexible led strip lights. I cut the 12v plug off and wired them to a switch. LED Strip Lights at Wally World I really want to build a front cargo rack that sets up over the hood. I don't have a gun rack yet and have been putting that off until I build something for the front. More than likely i'll attach some of those clamps for holding a rifle for a quick grab if needed. I picked my old mule up at a pretty good price so I'm trying to not to put any big-money stuff into it. This particular rig is more of a function-over-fashion type deal.

I'm just in the beginning stages of thinking about a UTV and was going to ask why so many guys mention the "sound system"? (And I'm a recovering musician.) Then I saw "mood lighting" and realized I (and the wife ) may be just too old for a UTV.

I put a full brush guard on my mule to prevent a stray limb from going through the radiator. Well worth the money.

I put those hanging LED lights with a magnet all over the place. Can use them as Cab Light, Bed Light, and unhang for anything else. Also, now installing a heavy duty plywood roof custom made so we can stand on top to easily fill feeders, trim trees, etc. Had plastic roof for years but only provided shade. Bluetooth speaker! I jamb mine in a handle and it never falls out. Works great. Small tire kit in glove box, Multii-Tool. Roll up windshield. We rarely use the windshield except when cold or raining.
2" RECEIVER on the front instead of the back. Frees up the tailgate and bed or I guess those new rear low boys.

good tires, a roof and better lighting I'd say are the main things. Having a good rear led cube or small light bar is awesome for backing up at night. My mule pro and my ranger both were incredibly dark backing up at night without the rear light. The Triple C Welding roof I put on my mule pro has a front light bar and a rear light cube housed inside a little protective screen inside the roof. Pretty sweet setup.

I got the dealership to throw in a roof and a windshield with purchase. Ive added green LED strip lighting in the cab along with a custom switch plate for the dash. I have my LED light bar but it isnt installed yet. I also built myself a varmint rig for the bed
I avoid Dick's and hope they fold.
