Took this guy about 6 miles southeast of Woodsboro. They called him Slantback and said he's actually older than he looks since all the bucks in this area are pretty run down afters the rut...   I know there are plenty bigger deer out there but this one is my best yet!

Here's a pic they had of him earlier during the rut.  The guy who took it does a lot of wildlife photography contests and it shows! Might be cool to frame that pic and put it with the mount...
