Heavy duty, trouble free, the best for the money IMO!

I am concerned the solar panel would not get enough sun due to the location of solar panel. So, the battery has no problem charging?

Been running an HB stand n fill corn feeder for 2-3 years now. Zero issues and I would highly recommend it.
Solar panel gets plenty of light.
Can't go wrong with one!
Wife has always wanted some Hard 8

I have a 400# and had the same concern. It looks like it's kinda tucked back underneath. The panel gets plenty of light. It keeps the battery fully charged and I've had no issues. They make a great product.

I thought the same thing about mine ( not enough light ) Keep in mind it doesn't need exact sunlight it just needs light. Now that's not saying I would not face it in the direction of the sun . Mine gets half a panel of sun and the rest regular light.
Love my 1000lb feeder

I bought the 1000# feeder. It comes with the 12v "The Timer" control unit and solar panel. Out the door for $815. MSRP is $895 if you look on HB website.

Russell feed and supply in Decatur. They had a online coupon for 20% off not to exceed $80 discount.
