Being your in Mexico bringing in law enforcement is gonna be dicey at best. Yeah I wouldn't deal with those authorities.

If you guys let him continue to hunt, I might tend to think mental evaluations should be mandatory lol. Terrible situation, hope you can get it resolved.

Tough situation and, being that the ranch and owner of same are in Mexico, it's even tougher. Your lease manager will simply claim that he paid and the landowner is ripping all of you off. But he's in a foreign country so, now what?
