Yes it is for next season. I went to Colorado and killed and Bull and mule deer last month so I have my killing taken care of for this this year.

I know you're wanting a lease, but in the mean time you may want to look into the Corps of Engineer Property all around lake Whitney. Used to be able to apply for a permit from the corps office and they'd give you a map and info. Worth a try....

There are thousands of acres of corp land around lake Whitney. Most is very hard to access bc it's flood plain around the lake, and private property blocks direct access to it from the roads. However, If you were to buy a few acres that bordered it, you could easily access it. The corp permit is free. You have to send a copy of your license every year. Just trying to help.
