Is there a night vision scope, monocular, bino or a thermal imager under $250 that is worth it. Only condition is I would like to see 150 yards.

God is deep but he is not complicated.

Bushnell equinox z is a decent monocular for the money. Thermal will cost you closer to $2000 and even a decent night vision scope well be around $600 for digital.

Flir Scout monocular, NOT a scope, can be had for $500-$600
