Ours has stopped working and we camt figure out why. We tested voltage and it has a good 13volts. We jumpered the INT and GND to see if it would actuate and it did nothing. We dont know anything else to try so i thought I would check here before we call out a technician.
Thanks,

check your fuses. Cold weather makes those things act up terribly.

Disconnect from battery, might reset. Then unplug wireless receivers, coil sensors, and keypads. Try to initiate opening again. Did it get wet? Rain can cause crazy things until it dries out good. You were right to check battery first, that's usually the problem. I lose one or two every year to lightening, they hate stray lightening.

It's best to check the battery voltage with the solar panel disconnected.

UPDATE!
Just in case anyone else needs help and searches in the future... The Circuit board was out, we had a repairman come out and take a look he tried everything we had already tried with online help and got the same results. He replaced the board and it instantly started working fine again. Thanks for the responses.
