Don't think I have it in me. I guess I'm getting old. I might do a walk in hunt, I do not like taking my boat out dark 30 in the morning in the rain, especially heavy rain.

I would if it wasn't for the split.

For me it depends on the amount of rain. If it's just a drizzle then I'm going EVERY TIME! If it's a turd floater then I might consider staying home. Tomorrow might be good for an evening hunt. Sadly I didn't get to make my own decision this weekend because I have to work. But Sunday I'm going for sure.

I will be sitting in the rain at my sons soccer tournament. Good luck and be safe to all who are going!

The plan right now is to give it a go. I think if that if the rain isn't coming down to hard and if there are periods where it lets up it could be good. I saw quite a few birds this morning before the rain started.

I'll be out rain or shine. I'm not a fair weather person. Love cold wet days!

I can't afford to get sick being on dialysis, not even a slight cold. Gotta stay healthy for when the weather is better and also when I'm transplanted again. Hopefully for next season.

Hope yall do good and stay as dry as possible.

Don't think so, if there was light rain or drizzle that would be fine but I think there is going to be heavy rain tomorrow. Maybe on Sunday.

My split will more than likely get extended.

Hunted last friday before the closing of the 1st split in the rain. Was supposed to be a slight chance of a passing shower. It rained the entire time. Woke up sick that Saturday. Not sure if it was the weather, bird flu or something I picked up over turkey day. I'm just now getting over it.

Still waking up a 03:00 to give pain meds.

Raining heavy and steady up here. Planning on trying to do a PM hunt if it lets up. Traveled all the way back from Malaysia and Thailand to get here to hunt first weekend post-split. I am determined!

Got up at 430, fed the dogs, looked at the radar, and then went back to bed. Now have nearly 2 inches in the rain gauge. I'm not mad enough at them this year to hunt in a downpour.

Its going to be a long season. I'll hunt 3-4 days a week from here on out. Thats enough to keep me in bed during these rain outs. But for those out in it, be safe and save a few for me rock_on

Rain was not bad in NTX, I should have done a walk in hunt. Since I didn't shoot a duck this morning, thought I would eat one. Duck huevos rancheros. Cooked perfectly, duck med to med rare, eggs over easy. up

That looks pretty darn good guy! I could have used that to warm me up this morning. Glad I got up this morning and hunted. The rain quit about 30 min after legal and we limited on wood ducks and picked up two mallards. Was a beautiful morning! Had the place to ourselves

More or less the same here. Saw that big orange and yellow blog headed up here from just north and west of Waco. Nope...
