What an experience. Thanks to Jim Bray with Lone Oak Adventures for putting me on this 10 year old beast of a ram. I'm addicted to sheep hunting now. The whole experience was just simply awesome. Hiking for miles and in the hills and bowls of South Texas and on the banks of the Nueces River. The best hunt I have ever been on, by FAR. To make it even more special I found the old shoe on day one on a ridge and the Carrizo point on day two on a ROUGH ledge. Both will be incorporated into the habitat on the mount.
