One of the places I hunt is a 75 acre hay grazer field with heavily wooded fence lines running on two sides making a nice little corner way in the back that I have a feeder set up on. I made it out to hunt for the first time last weekend and noticed I could hear another feeder going off just across the fence on the next property. It cant be more than 200yds away judging by the sound but I cant see it. The property line is on top of a small rise so I'm not worried about getting shot but I do worry if it is just too much activity for any mature bucks to hit the area? Last year I had at least two mature bucks coming in the area and have heavy traffic this year with does and young bucks. My question is should I pull up and move out? I do not know the other hunter but it doesn't really matter. He has every right to put his feeder there. I just don't want to screw it up for both of us when I have other places to hunt.

Maybe just hand corn it the days you decide to hunt. Many mature deer don't feel comfortable around feeders anyways.

Have your feeder go off before the other one goes off. With the rut going on you might see a good buck anytime. If you have a number of doe, you will have the bucks. As far as bucks at the feeder, many are feeding during the night and early in the mornings.
As already mentioned do some hand corning.

200 yards is a L-O-N-G ways from a fence based on many of the discussions shared here. I personally know of one instance in which a hunter put a feeder 20 yards from the fence between his lease and his neighbor's land. And is almost always the case when people put a feeder near a fence, his neighbor had the deer-holding habitat. The hunter's side of the fence was open pasture.

I wouldn't move. I have a similar setup as you and killed a nice 10 pt coming to the feeder this Sunday. Started hearing a new feeder about 200 yards over the fence line (new this year) and I still have good deer coming in.

we have two stands setup on our own place that are probably 300 or so yards away from each other but its the way the terrain and brush is between them it feels a LOT further than that.. we can be hunting both stands and areas and have multiple deer at each feeder at the same time...Occasionally we will have a deer go from one or the other but not a lot...So I would keep with what you got going unless you just aren't happy or they stop coming..

I have 2 feeders at my blind that are about 250 yards apart. I have seen deer at both feeders at the same time, and the deer often stop at one for a few minutes then walk within 40 yards of my stand on their way to the other feeder. I have the timers sequenced to go off about 15 minutes apart so the deer can distinctly hear each of the 2 feeders at different times. It seems to work just fine to have two feeders this close to one another. I don't really see that as far impacting the deer activity, etc. that your situation would be any different than my setup.

I wouldn't change anything until I saw a difference in deer sightings or activity dropping on the cameras.

Wouldnt worry about neighbors feeder. I hear many go off across fence. My thing is to stuff feeder in a nice oak grove with lots of cover, make em feel secure. Dads feeder is under a mesquite in open and doesnt even hunt his stand anymore! Ive gotten 2 wallhangers off my feeder surrounded by cover in last 3 years, so i ensured i did same to my sons feeder this year. If i can convince dad to move his feeder where i told him ill update!

If you like your set-up, and are seeing deer, I suggest staying there. I was on a lease several years ago where there were four stands/feeders in the same general area. They were split by hills, trees, etc. The other feeders seemed to have no effect on my hunting. I shot many deer that walked by and did not even go to my own feeder.

Until its broken I would not fix it.
