Anyone having, trouble getting their order? Ordered some a few weeks ago and haven't heard anything yet, and cant get a return phone call. I know they are a good company, and not bashing them at all, just wandering how far behind they are.

Last I heard, they're about 20-some days behind. Don't know why they can't call a fella back though.

Call three times back to back. Don't ask me how I know.

Before I make an order I ask whats in stock and get those so I can have them quickly.

I have called and emailed and have not heard a thing. I ordered over a month ago and almost forgot about it. I glad they are busy but sure would be nice to hear back from them. I thought I gave them plenty of time. I need the windows before rifle. I guess I'll see what Home Depot has

I promise you that won't work every time. You must have got lucky and someone in our office happen to have an open line.

Our manufacturing time is 20 business days. This is our busiest time of year.

I was just fixing to ask the same thing. I placed an order for 6 windows on 9/26. Tried calling and emailing and can't get any one to reply to me. Starting to wonder....wish they would respond to my email...just asking for a status of my order.

I never could get in touch with Deerview either. A buddy went by their office and was told 2 week backorder at the earliest. I called Dickinson Feed and Supply. Had the windows sitting on my doorstep the next day. Can't beat that for us procrastinators!

Next YEAR!!!!! Damn Dickinson has a quick turn around time???? WTH ????

Tyler is usually pretty good about answering calls when I've used him. I don't get the custom built, I get what he has available at the time and customize the stand to fit the windows he can readily ship.

Contacted them via Facebook. Got email that they are being shipped today (11/01).

I ordered back in the summer. I got standard sizes and UPS left them off the next day.
I ordered custom sizes during the busy season last year, it took a few weeks. I learned better than to wait.

Guys we are swamped. Quality takes time. Shoot me a PM with names and I can get you answers.

Mine were delivered 3 weeks ago, ordered 12. Two of them were shattered, No hinges or hardware for any of them! So did not get to install before season. Made contact with them said they would get them shipped that day. Ok no big deal crap happens. Waited, no windows or hardware showed that week! Tried to make contact for another week, again no reply! Finally talked to a lady in the office, explained I was leaving to go to the lease for several days and really needed the windows and hardware! She said she would find out and give me a call back. That didn't happen! Sent more messages finally a reply back that someone would reach out to me. Nope that didn't happen either! So now I am about head out west, where I have $400 worth of useless windows waiting! I just don't get it!
