 Hog / Predator ONLY leases?

Still scoping out the State and the pending move, so any info/advice is always appreciated.
The upcoming move to Texas will find us likely seeking a lease for hogs, bobcat, coyote, and other predators ONLY. We have no interest in harvesting a deer or any exotics. I am thinking based upon what I have briefly read that this would be fairly easy to find since we are not interested in deer hunting?
Not actively looking just yet, but trying to gain a sense of the possibilities.
Thoughts / suggestions / advice?

Im just curious. How much do hog/predator leases typically go for? If most deer leases are $10-$12/acre, how do hog only leases compare?

Several creeks and tributaries to Navasota river, rolling hills, mesquite brush with pockets of hard woods along the creeks. Only asking a $1/acre for the entire property with a max of 5 hunters.

Can you please give info on price Price is above its is $1/acre for the entire property with a max of 5 guys. You may purchase it all for yourself or spit with up to 5 hunters.
