This is a unique looking buck on our lease. We are kicking around the question, is he legal? He looks to be 13" inside. Any thoughts?

He looks small and young. His ears probably aren't 13" across, so I'd say he's not legal.

I don't know about 13" rule legal, looks like close or he wont make it. I wouldn't let a busted tine stop me from shooting a buck I wanted.

I'm not the best at aging deer on this forum by any stretch of my imagination, but he looks like a muscled up 3.5 year old to me. his face still looks pretty sleek too, but a side view would be better to judge.
