Decided to try a new method after picking up a Sous Vide machine from Anova. I vacuum sealed the Axis Tbone with some garlic and butter and then put it in the water bath for 4 hrs at 129 degrees then i added some pepper and sea salt before searing the steak in hot olive oil with a little bit of butter. it was the most tender piece of axis i have ever eaten. I will definitely come back to this and try other things with this cooker. I only took one picture after i had cut the steak to share it. should have taken one of the full steak first.

How do you like the sous vide cooker better than a grill? Could you cook with the sous vide and then throw it on the grill to get some grill marks on it? I have been thinking about. Using one saw it on tv but don't know anyone who has used one personally
