I recently found a Remington ADL in 30-06 that has the barrel drilled and tapped for open sights. I'd like to build a scout style rifle out of it so I wondered if anyone here knew of any type of picatinny type mount that I could mount using the rear sight holes and front receiver bridge holes to mount it.
The idea is to have something similar to the ruger Gun Site Scout Rufle in the end. Anyone have any ideas?

Finally ran across a scout mount for the 700 through Amega Mounts. I use their mount on my Mini-30 and noticed the listing while looking at their M1 Carbine mount. It is a bit big and bulky for my taste but this is the only thing I ever have seen.

Ashley Outdoors (XS) used to make one but the quit when BSquare started making one. The BSquare wasn't as nice as the Ashley.
