Try a juicy Lucy basically two thin patties with cheese between them and then pinched together on the edges. I like salt and pepper but Montreal seasoning make a pretty good burger seasoning This is a Jucy Lucy with 1/2 lb beef burger stuffed with American cheese and topped with chili, shredded cheddar cheese, corn chips and sour cream.

The Doritos-Crusted Jucy Lucy - 1/2 lb beef stuffed with cream cheese and jalapeņo, grilled until medium rare, then dredged in flour, egg wash, then Doritos crumbs. Deep fry for 45 seconds. Serve with Lipitor.

Venison and bacon (50-50 mix) 1/4 lb sliders topped with American cheese, sirloin steak strips, grilled green onions and BBQ sauce
