I have two big Texas Dall rams and a Black Hawaiian right now.

Black Hawaiian - $650 with guide, lodging, and meals included. 28"-30"

Texas Dall - $1250 with guide, lodging, and meals. 30"-34".

I dont have any Corsican rams and I won't be getting any more for this year. I will have some very nice pure Mouflon rams in the fall judging from what I am watching on the ranch right now. We had 5 younger ones that were 25"-28" get passed on this year and they will be much bigger this fall.

The Texas Dall rams both have good beards and wide horns with good mass. Both Texas Dall rams hang around the Mouflon rams.

Other species we hunt are Axis, Fallow, Blackbuck, Sika(Dybowski and Manchurian), Red Deer, Elk, Scimitar-horned Orxy, Water Buffalo, American Buffalo, Nilgai, Eland, Waterbuck, Barasingha(with a permit and Texas Resident hunters), Grant Zebra, Red Sheep, Ibex(hybrid only),and Addax.

Sure do. Go to www.huntingtexasexotics.com Prices are on there as well for the more popular animals that we hunt. I have a few different things that pop up available from time to time and if your interested in being on my mailing or contact list, go to my website and click on the "Contact Us" on the left side of the screen. Fill out the form with a email or phone number or address that I can contact you back with and I will get in touch with you.

We started out just bow hunting only on our ranch of 200 acres. We now have access to two other seperate properties each over 800 acres where we can hunt different species and do rifle hunts as well.

Anyone use Thompson Temple in Barksdale TX.? He seems to do a lot of business, and is dirt cheap on the hunts.

Me and some friends went there two years ago. Their are alot of rams, but they are not very wild. It would be a good first time bow hunt for the price. You can use a gun but you won't need one unless you want to. We had too younger kids go and they had a blast. If you want hard hunting this is not the place for you.

Nolan,

Yes we offer a free axis doe hunt in combination with a trophy hunt. We only need to take out three or four axis does this year.

Later in the fall we will have a management Red Deer Stag hunt for $1850 and I will need to take some Red Deer does on another ranch nearby. How many and prices have yet to be determined. In the past we were doing them for $600 +lodging and meals.

You could check with txbobcat about the axis doe hunts. He is trying to get something throw together for a THF members hunt. Lora (campcook) and I stoper and hunted with him on the way home from our Javelina hunt in March and it was a blast, and they are dee-licious.

I understand. We just never got over populated with does enough to really do doe only meat hunts. Giving one away for free to the people that come hunt a trophy axis or blackbuck or something else has been our way of culling them and keeping the population in check.

I'm sure if you look hard enough you can find some place to hunt axis does for less than $200 somewhere in the hill country. They are bringing about $150-$180 at auction prices so you could find one for about that price somewhere.
