I had a group of guys decide not to get on a place I have leased in Blackwell. Leaving me with needing to fill this spot by September 15th. I know it is short notice and I apologize. It is 775 acres with both thicket and fields. Most of the time they are planted in wheat or grazer. This is a yearly lease for all seasons of legal game. There is an old home place on the adjacent property that will be used as a camp with water and electricity. The total price for the lease is $4500. I would like to keep it at three guys at the most at 1500 each. I am just the lease holder and do not hunt on this property. So the three members will be setting rules and quotas. I will have a lease agreement but just to keep things square with the members. PM me with questions or interest. Thanks

What direction from Blackwell? Is there just one spot open, or the whole lease?
