Recently picked up a couple TBOX 4x6 blinds and am looking to have some stands built for them to go up on. I have a buddy who is willing to weld them up for me, but he needs a material and build list for them. I am no welder by any means, so I'm looking for help trying to find a materials and build list for 5 foot tall stands with a porch and stairs for these blind stands. I tried searching for existing posts with no luck. If anyone can help me out with this I would greatly appreciate it.

Top deck
1.5" 14 gauge square tubing
Mitre cuts - (4) 72" that are 45 degrees on both ends Straight cuts - (1) 69", (3) 45", (3) 22.5"
Legs
1.5" 14 ga square tubing
(4) 60" miter cut at 15 degrees parallel
Leg Supports out of 1" 14GA tubing, 4 connecting all legs about 12" up from the bottom. At 5' tall Z bracing isn't really needed but you can add it if it makes you feel better.
24"x72" expanded metal for porch - 3/4" #13 flat is most common.
1" tubing for the rails around the porch, I usually do the uprights @ 35" and then top rail it.
For the stairs we use 6" C purlin. Miter cut the sides at 45 degrees then weld in the steps every 14". Add a handrail on that too. You can either permanently weld it to the deck since it's a short tower or have it pin in. We use flanges that we cut on the plasma table and 3/4" sucker rod to pin ours on.
That's just the way I do it, there's dozens of ways to do it that work just fine though.

I built mine with 1 1/2" X 1 1/2" angle iron as high as 10' with the correct cross bracing. The blind top was 4 X 4 with the base at 7 X 7, this gave a real good support to ground. The ladder was attached with same angle iron, no porch. Wish I new how to post photos.

I would like a take down version with maybe pipe legs so I can haul in in pieces... The Piney Woods and Swamps of East Texas can get tight in spots. 6x8 base-- stand is 6x6 with 2ft porch across one side.
I need help with the design and build list.. I figured we would get the base welded up first and then go from there.
