I am going to do my best to not and try and break the internet with this one. We will go by first come first serve, so please be sure you have all of your hunters or groups on the same page before reaching out to me. We have 5 separate deer leases ranging in size of 2,100 acres to 3,300 acres in size. All but one lease has a nice house to go with the lease. This is a year round lease, has not been hunted or leased in 10 years. We have completed helicopter surveys of the property and seen some 170-180" bucks but with it being rolling live oak country it is hard to get a good count on numbers. Bucks and does will be limited the first year until we are able to get a good count on the number of total deer.

Total ranch is 34,000 acres, 18,000 acres along the Navasota River will be lease out for annual deer leases ranging from $3.50-$7/acres. We are going to limit the number of hunters on the deer leases that is the reason for the very reasonable price. Long term leases available, year round access. Immediate family is allowed to hunt, but they must hunt deer off your tags. Land has an abundance of Wildlife, deer, ducks, hogs, and predators. Turkeys are on the property but in low numbers, ranch has been approved for TPWD turkey relocation program and they will be releases turkeys on the ranch throughout next year. Looking for management minded hunters that are wanting to get on a lease preferably long term. This is going to be something that will grow and improve for future years. We have wildlife biologist on staff to manage and monitor the wildlife. Lease is located hour and half from DFW and hour and half from Austin.

We have filled our tour schedule for this weekend. We tried to be as fair as possible and scheduled appointments in the order that we received emails and messages. If there are any leases available after this weekend we will begin scheduling tours for the remaining properties were we left off.

We do have 10,000 acres of dove, hog, duck and predator leases available in the same area. Prices range from $750-$1500 per gun.
