18455 acres kent county. 99% huntable Can hunt hogs and doves. 16 members 1 guest when member is there and must hunt with member. Lodging is a 2 on a one to 10 scale. Heat, Air, 14 Bunk Beds. 2 bedrooms 1 Bath, Small kitchen and eating area. You can hunt off of ATV and most do. 90% shinnery. Hunters averaged way better than 15 coveys a day. I averaged 17 huntig 3 hrs a day. Guest shoot off of members limit. Can close lease for 2 5day periods to do guided deer hunts. 3 Openings $5,200 PM if interested.

This is a great place. I would say the bunk house is more like a 6 than a 2
