Considering taking a annual hunting lease near Noodle in Jones County but never hunted there before. Anybody have deer hunting experience in Jones County they would share?

Check it out thoroughly. Some areas have good hunting & some areas have a poor deer population.

A friend of mine hunts in that area. He always shoots good deer. I agree with DUKFVR, check it out. Wheat fields would be a plus in that area.

The best deer are north of 1812 and south of 180 If you have a place in the shinery north of the river, you will see great deer.

certain areas can produce decent deer while others won't. LOTS of hunting pressure around noodle these days. PM sent
