I just paid 6.99 for a 40lb bag of corn. Seems a little high...is this the going rate?

Well that's a good qeustion, my record looking(past tense) dry land wheat got hammered with hail a few weeks ago, corn wasn't tall(still hope) so we shall see if it bounces back. Oh I checked draw last night.... Nada....again not my year.

Last year I bought 40 pounders for $4.99 at the Cabela's in Glendale, Arizona.
The price had made a dramatic drop when they figured out baiting is illegal in AZ.

We paid $7/100wt in the bin last year, but that's not tested, triple-cleaned or bagged. Bought oats this year, will likely halve a truckload of corn with the neighbor later on.

I went to meet a guy at Bucee's this afternoon. Those fifty pound bags of corn are super clean and priced right. Beer is crazy cheap there too. The TMS location.
