I'm just wondering how much a fella pays on property taxes on 1000 acres in the coke or Nolan county areas. Around Blackwell or Robert Lee

I'm just guessing, but not more than $1 per acre in that part of the country unless he has a lot of barns, etc on the property.
Cabin rental in Pagosa Springs, Co. Sleeps 10, If interested please PM me.

If it's just raw land with no improvements (houses, barns etc.) it could be under $100 a year. You should be able to find your answer here. http://www.nolan-cad.org.
