i am interested in gaining a copy, either VHS or DVD, of an instructional video showing proper ways and techniques to field dress hogs and deer. my father in law would like to watch and learn in this manner. he has recently returned to hunting after a long layoff. any help is appreciated. please PM me with price and details thanks dirtybird

See if you can find a post/thread by Glen Guess. He did a tutorial on butchering a hog and it was the best I have ever seen. I think it was on here, I know he is a member on here. Maybe he will see this and post it again. Not a video, but still one of the best.

I got one at basspro called: Wild Game Feild care & cooking. It shows from feild to table. It shows how to gut a deer, how to age the meat, how to skin it, how to process the meat and even how to cook it. There is a number and a website on the back of the dvd: 1-800-237-7583 www.stoneywolf.com

here goes, i am on the lookout for GLEN GUESS. if you are on this forum please step forward and respond to the accolades going your way. i have read, and heard that glen is the master of hog hunting. glen, can you re-do that tutoring session on the hog hunting, field dressing and processing. all information is appreciated. thanks guys.

for deer go to [url=http://www.fw.ky.gov] they have a DVD for about $17.00 shipped. it is made by the kentucky fish and wild life dept very detailed how it dress, skin,how to butcher it your self. from field to freezer its around 1 1/2 hr long step by step. they have other DVD's but cant remember what they are
