instructional video showing proper ways and techniques to field dress hogs and deer.
my father in law would like to watch and learn in this manner. he has recently returned to hunting after a long layoff. any help is appreciated.

See if you can find a post/thread by Glen Guess. He did a tutorial on butchering a hog and it was the best I have ever seen. I think it was on here, I know he is a member on here. Maybe he will see this and post it again. Not a video, but still one of the best.

I got one at basspro called: Wild Game Feild care & cooking. It shows from feild to table. It shows how to gut a deer, how to age the meat, how to skin it, how to process the meat and even how to cook it. There is a number and a website on the back of the dvd: 1-800-237-7583 www.stoneywolf.com

This is by far the best I've ever seen. It is very thorough, detailed, and simple to follow along. Highly recommend it to anyone:
