I will say yes you can. All the taxi does is cut the horns off with the skull plate and screws them down on the form with some paste and a little work to make it smooth.

Yah, I have even done euro mounts and placed the cape in the freezer when i know its going to be a while before i get around to mounting the head. In your case youd have to buy a cape for the antlers. It will add $50 plus to the price of the shoulder mount. Skinner
