 850 acre lease in Mason county.

Looking for one or two families to lease a ranch that has just come open.
Ranch has good genetics, but is crowded with older bucks past their prime. Excellent cover and browse. Diverse terrain and large adjoining ranches have led to lower hunting pressure and needs some hunters committed to solid management practices.
Well and electric are provided and the hunting camp is going through renovation. New cabins will be built out this summer. Be in on this phase and we will use your input in the implementation.
There are no feeders and only a couple of old blinds on the ranch. Feeder maintenance can be negotiated if desired.
There is a stock tank at up for swimming and families are welcome to come during the off season. Contact via email. grcunyus@outlook.com

30k for the lease.
Seems to think 8 guns
He and his daughter have the right to hunt the property. Only culls and does.
Said previous hunters never shared pics of what was shot, just that they never filled all the tags... guessing MLD, but didnt confirm it. Said an 18pt buck was taken, but sounds like ti wasnt by his hunters.

Tentatively leased. Sorry for the delay in updating. I only have one week off out of three. Lots of stuff builds up at home while I'm away.
