I have 1000 acres in mason county and may be looking for three to five hunters to fill the spots won't know the exact number of spots for a couple more weeks it's a year round lease from march to march it's $2000 a year with a one time $200 deposit that is refundable when you leave provided you haul off up your stands feeders pens and campers and $85 a year for electricity there are no guest during deer season outside of significant other wife girlfriend and children under 17 this is a must that is required by landowner no exceptions its a very nice ranch we have a small camp house with water and electricity shower and toilet and a few camper plug ins myself and two other guys have campers PM if interested may take me a few day to get back to you

thanks guys for all the interest, like I said in my original post I won't know how many spots I'll have for a couple of more weeks, realistically it will probably be the 1st of march

im looking for a new lease, really like it around mason.was on my last one in eldorado tx for 9 years but our landowner unfourtanly passed away. the six men i was hunting with dont want to hunt anymore, said they were all getting to old, but i still want to. i am 50 years old and have a job. interested in talking to yall about this lease if any openings are open.. todd jinks 469 446 1837
